π Bus: Go Where Subways Can't

Hop on a bus! It covers everywhere the subway misses.

1. Know Your Colors
Seoul buses are color-coded. Just remember this:

π Blue (Main): Long distance, connects major districts. (The most common one!)
π Green (Branch): Short distance, connects to subway stations.
π Yellow (Loop): Circles popular tourist spots (Namsan, Myeongdong)
β€οΈ Red (Express): Goes outside Seoul (to Gyeonggi province). Warning: More expensive!

2. Fare & Payment
Important: Seoul is becoming "Cashless" Many buses do not accept cash anymore. You MUST use a card!
Base Fare (Blue/Green): 1,500 KRW
Red Bus: 3,000 KRW (Avoid this if you are staying only in Seoul)
Night Bus (Owl Bus): 2,500 KRW (Runs 11:30 PM ~ 06:00 AM)

π‘ Money Saving Tip:
Climate Card: You can ride Blue, Green, and Yellow buses for FREE (Unlimited) with the Climate Card.
Caution: Red Buses and Night Buses are usually NOT covered by the Climate Card. Check before you tap!

3. How to Ride

1. Front Door In, Back Door Out: Enter through the front, exit through the back.
2. Tap TWICE: Tap your card when you get on AND when you get off.
- Why? You must tap out to get the Free Transfer (Subway β Bus) discount within 30 mins.
3. No Stop Request? No Stop!: Press the red 'STOP' button before your station, or the driver might skip it.

4. The "Owl Bus"

Missed the last subway? Don't panic. Look for the bus number starting with "N" (ex. N62)
- It runs all night when subways are closed. It's much cheaper than a taxi!
